Although I work in the weight loss industry, I hate what it has become. A culture centred around fads, gimmicks, and shortcuts. A culture that gives people false hope. It demotivates you over time as you can’t seem to keep the weight off. The frustrations build up, and you think it’s your fault. You begin to rely on a specific diet and feel you must choose between the life you enjoy and the diet world. But you don’t need to choose. In fact, you don’t even need to diet. 

 

You don’t need to reinvent the wheel, and you don’t need to do a handbrake turn and speed off in a different direction. My online weight loss coaching structure allows each participant to achieve exceptional results through an easy process that changes your direction by just two degrees. Before you know it, you will be looking in a different direction and realise weight loss wasn’t as hard as you initially thought. I can help you lose weight and keep it off for good without any significant changes to your current lifestyle.

Successful weight loss is strategy and mindset

In 2018, I founded The Weight Loss Academy as I noticed a big, glaring gap in the weight loss world: the strategy and mindset needed for successful and sustainable weight loss. 

 

Everybody was too busy arguing about the best diet or which forms of exercise burn the most calories. They were all missing the point: How do you help people lose weight? If we all followed the ‘best’ diet and exercise plan, I bet most would still fail. You see, you won’t achieve sustainable weight loss without the right mindset and structure in your life. Instead of searching for the ‘best’ diet, you must develop a personalised strategy to give you the best chance to succeed. A strategy is a plan of action designed to achieve long-term success. I call this strategy Your Weight Loss Roadmap.

 

Not everyone wants to be a cover model or live the life of one (this requires sacrifice, numerous hours in the gym, and a strict diet). You don’t have to take things to the extreme to achieve excellent results. My mission is simple: show people how to find their way of losing weight by helping them create their weight loss roadmap, so all hard work and no results become amazing results and minimal effort.

I Coach things “Action by action”

Not just step by step, but by coaching you through the actions required to achieve your weight loss goal. These actions give you the confidence to trust yourself and discover your way of losing weight. I’ve shown clients not only how to “DIY” but how to DO IT SUSTAINABLY. Your way is the only way that can work forever. 

 

There’s no point in paying people a sum of money to lose weight and gain it back. There’s no point in trusting somebody else to map out your life. Who wants to live somebody else’s life? Our weight loss coaching is centred on you.
