I use my experience as a weight loss coach to help you do this. It’s my objective to put the power and control in your hands. After all, it’s your life and your body.

  • Have achieved their weight loss goal and would like some support in transitioning from weight loss to weight maintenance. 

 

No matter where you are on your weight loss journey, a weight loss coach will prove an invaluable investment. They look at the bigger picture, understanding that for their clients to be successful, they must review all areas. They look at your plan, behaviours, lifestyle, and personal situation, helping each client create a roadmap to weight loss success. The purpose of an online weight loss coach is to teach and provide you with everything you need to create sustainable results.

 

How does weight loss coaching work online?

 

I understand the real world. It’s hectic. Our weight loss coaching is online to ensure you receive the expert coaching you need without having to rush around to an appointment and get stuck in traffic. Instead, you simply log in to a Zoom meeting from the comfort of your own home.

How long is each weight loss coaching session?

 

The duration of a coaching session is 90 minutes.

Who will be my weight loss coach?

​

All weight loss coaching sessions will be with Oliver James, the founder of The Weight Loss Academy. He has been a weight loss coach for over 15 years and has over 20,000 one-on-one coaching sessions to his name, so you're in safe hands.

How do I get started with a weight loss coach?

 

To get started with your weight loss coaching sessions, select a number of sessions from the options below. We recommend five sessions at minimum to gain the most benefit from a weight loss coach. The individual session is for those who have an issue that can be quickly resolved.

 

Once you purchase a number of weight loss coaching sessions, you will be asked to fill out a questionnaire. This is where you provide us with all of the information we need to help you on your weight loss journey. We will then arrange a suitable date for your first coaching session and begin working towards your goal.
